Experience the depth of a silent retreat, without needing to travel.

This is a live, 2-day retreat experience to help you reconnect to presence, regulation and embodied clarity.

Over two half-days, you’ll be guided through movement, meditation, teaching and inner inquiry, all grounded in Ava’s trauma-informed, nervous-system-led approach.

There are three simple ways to join. Choose the one that suits your season of life.

🏡 At home:
Create a sanctuary in your living room with your mat, tea and journal.
Receive all sessions live via Zoom.

🏕 In nature or with friends:
Book an Airbnb, meet in a shared space, or set up under the trees.
Practice together while receiving Ava’s live guidance.

🪷 In the studio (limited spots):
Join us in Fremantle at Spanda Studio for the full in-person retreat, complete with welcome gifts, co-regulation and community.

We often wait for the “right time” to disappear, reset, reconnect.

We create barriers and complicated. When what we truly need is a heart-held space; for intention and embodied practice.

This weekend is your invitation to come home to yourself, in a container held live and together.
