These journal prompts can also be applied when you want to go deeper into a practice and harness the effects after a powerful experience.

JOURNAL PROMPTS:

What did I love about the retreat?

What do I want life to look like after returning from retreat?

What are easy action steps I could implement in order to facilitate what I want life to look like? WHat are easy action steps I could implement to achieve this?

Structure: How am I going to remember and make time for this?

Capacity: What are my resources that increase my capacity? (Physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually)

Create structure around these resources or a desire of how you want to change your life

What are challenging steps that I could aim for?

What would you like your meditation practice to be like? What would you like your movement practice to be like?
